In addition, three originators are among the very top leaders.
Each year, Scotsman Guide recognizes the nation’s top-producing mortgage loan originators. Originators are ranked in ten categories, including Top Dollar Volume, Most Loans Closed, and Top Purchase Volume. Each set of rankings is thoroughly audited, making Scotsman Guide the mortgage industry’s “most intensely reviewed, accurate and substantiated rankings of its kind.”
Out of Lynnwood, WA, Oleg Tkach made the Top Dollar Volume Category, along with Jane Floyd (Tampa, FL) and Jessica Uphoff (Westminster, CO). Tkach ranked #112 out of #8032 in the category, with Floyd at #205 and Uphoff at #256. Tkach and Floyd also made the Most Loans Closed category, along with Daniel Sa, out of Columbus, OH. Tkach ranked #110 out of #10570, Floyd at #160, and Sa at #351.

LINTHICUM, MD, October 14, 2021 — NFM TV announced today that two of its video productions have been recognized by the 42nd Annual Telly Awards for outstanding video content, winning three awards total.
“Client for Life – Jason Patten” won a Gold and Silver Telly in the Non-Broadcast General-Corporate Image and Promotional Video General-Business-to-Consumer categories, respectively. “NFM Salute: Jeremy Haynes” won a Bronze Telly in the Non-Broadcast General-Charitable category.
The Telly Awards is the premier award honoring video and television across all screens. Established in 1979, The Telly Awards receives over 12,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents. Entrants are judged by The Telly Awards Judging Council—an industry body of over 200 leading experts, including advertising agencies, production companies, and major television networks, reflective of the multiscreen industry.

This is the third year the Scotsman Guide has recognized the nation’s top-producing women mortgage loan originators. Out of the thousands of submissions for the magazine’s annual Top Originators rankings, 2,055 women made this list. The overall ranking is based on Total Dollar Volume for 2020.
