About

Tim has been in the mortgage industry for almost 18 years. He has been a Branch Manager for NFM, Inc. since July 2009. Tim holds a Mortgage Originator’s license in 7 states. He believes customers prefer to work with him because he specializes in “telling the truth.”

He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in management and a minor in psychology from Salisbury State University in 1996. His favorite TV shows are Game of Thrones, Spartacus, Criminal Minds and The Sopranos. His favorite hobbies include: stock trading, spending time with family, and cross training.

"Rob told me he could do what other lenders couldn't and he made good his promise Liz Trucksness, Rob Scolnick and Alexis Scolnick worked tirelessly to get the loan approved as quickly as possible. Rob and Liz was prompt at getting back with me with answers to any questions or concerns I had. Liz worked even when she was sick!
