It was a over all great experienc. the first meeting I had with ryan we sat down and looked at the basic loan numbers and the different type of loans which was great its gave me a good idea of the price I was looking for and the loan type that was best for me. After that I was on the search, i Would find a home to look at and sent the info over to Ryan and he would have some rough numbers back to me normally by the end of the day. Over all I was very happy and will d be recome NFM lending and Ryan colopy to friend and family in the future.

All FHA Case Transfer Requests must be sent in writing via email to: [email protected]. The request must include the FHA Case number, the new lender’s Origination ID or Sponsor ID, the full subject property address, and a letter signed and dated by the borrower expressing desire for the transfer.
