Working with Mike was great! He was always willing to answer our questions, even in the evenings and on weekends. He was reassuring about our first home and was with us every step of the way. Mike met with us several times to ask questions and find out exactly what we were willing to spend to get into our first home. He did not pressure us or make us feel like we had to go with a certain downpayment percentage or amount. Mike explained the different types of loans and got us a great rate with a mortgage payment we were comfortable with and less money down than we anticipated. Mike is amazing at his job, and also just a very nice person to get to know. Thanks for everything Mike!
