"I was kept in total aware of each and every step. While working with Chelsea Abbate and Michael Swanson I found them to be very informative and they kept me busy with all of the paper work. They were on top of everything and in the end I was blessed with a wonderful home. I thank God for both of them and everyone else who helped out behind the scene. "

"Chelsea is absolutely the best. Communicative, pleasant, empathetic and over all, just a great individual to work with. There were times where I wanted to reach out and get status updates but didn't want to bother to much. All of a sudden an email would come through. . . it was Chelsea just touching base. Whether or not there was new info she was letting me know she had not forgot about us. I had absolute trust in Chelsea. I really felt like she was on my team, doing the very best for my family"
