"HI! This has been my first time buying and buying it in USA, I'm originally form Puerto Rico and it's a little different there. Mr. Rich help me a LOT understanding a couple of things of my loan, Pay and what to do, Even help me pointing me in good direction to choose a home. The time he took to explain me and my wife was amazing, he help me explain better to my wife on the benefits of buying instead of renting. His expertise and honesty was a key component in me to keep working with him, Especially the honest part. I felt so comfortable that i've already refer about 2 people and possible future homeowners to Miss Dawn and Mr. Rich. "We got denied a loan due to I work in IT for a staffing agency and make good money and lender after lender kept denying me a loan due to income after 30 different calls I finally came across to Mr.Preapproval AKA Kris and he went back to make sure he could get everything through and he gave me a call back in less then a hour saying he could do with my income and he did. I kid you not he really isn’t called Mr.Preapproval for nothing he’s the guy thank you so much for helping us and always answering my calls and texts and helping us along the way. "Good communication from all the staff. The estimation before submitting the offer helps to understand the loan. Also, how quick the staff operates to help the customer to complete their home purchase. What I also learn is the finance monitoring from the lender. The single transaction requires an explanation. I was not prepare for that, but it is part of the process."
