NFM Lending Western Division is an award-winning, multi-state residential mortgage lender currently licensed in 20 states led by Western Division President, Ryan Sandell. Since its formation in 2003, the division has since grown to over 100 employees including licensed Loan Originators, a dedicated marketing team, in-house processing, underwriting, and closing departments.
The Western Division closed just over 2,600 loans for over $1.1B in volume in 2024 and 74% of that volume was new construction.
