LINTHICUM, MD, June 12, 2017—NFM Lending is pleased to announce the addition of Christos Bettios and John Liberatore to NFM Lending’s leadership team.

Christos Bettios joins NFM Lending as the company’s Chief Information Officer (CIO), and will become the 12^th member of the Executive Team. Bettios holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland, and has an extensive background in the mortgage industry. He worked most recently at U.S. Bank.

John Liberatore joins NFM Lending as the company’s Chief Appraiser. Liberatore, a certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, comes to NFM Lending with several years of appraisal experience. Most recently, he worked at First Mariner Bank.

All FHA Case Transfer Requests must be sent in writing via email to: [email protected]. The request must include the FHA Case number, the new lender’s Origination ID or Sponsor ID, the full subject property address, and a letter signed and dated by the borrower expressing desire for the transfer.
Request for payoff should be submitted to the current servicer of the loan:
