NFM Lending’s 8^th Annual Support Our Troops Drive has come to an end. On Wednesday, December 9, 2015, NFM sent 150 care packages to U.S. troops overseas. Employees spent the month of November collecting and filling boxes with non-perishable food items, toiletries, books, magazines, DVDs, accessories, and more. These care packages were sent with help from AnySoldier® to U.S. troops deployed overseas. NFM Lending is proud to support the courageous men and women who serve our country, and wishes them a safe and happy holiday season.

NFM Lending is happy to announce that we have completed over 50 boxes for the Support our Troops Drive this year. Each box was over flowing with items such as bathroom supplies, books, energy drinks, snacks, tools and accessories. These boxes will be sent to troops overseas via the AnySoldier® organization, and we hope will share a little Holiday Spirit to each soldier that receives them. NFM Lending is proud to be a part of this great initiative and looks forward to doing it again in 2014.

Once again, NFM, Inc. is gearing up for its fifth annual “Support Our Troops Drive,” collecting donations for troops overseas via AnySoldier®. The drive will run for two weeks from November 5–November 19.This year’s drive is particularly exciting as the company is opening up donations to include the outside community as well.

AnySoldier® was started in 2003 by Sergeant Brian Horn as a program that helps people send care packages to soldiers overseas. Through their website, AnySoldier.com, you can select what troops you would like to send donations to, that includes any branch of the armed forces. A list of suggested donations is also provided. AnySoldier® is a great resource to donate through as they focus on finding troops who don’t usually receive many items or letters from home to send care packages to. The operating principle of AnySoldier® is that the boost in morale from outside support is often greater than the contents of the package itself.

NFM, Inc. is a company focused on building its philanthropic efforts, especially those that support our country’s overseas troops. A proud supporter of AnySoldier® since 2008, the company looks forward to opening up the “Support Our Troops” drive to the public this year. NFM, Inc. hopes to continue to support AnySoldier® and its packages’ recipients for many years to come.

All FHA Case Transfer Requests must be sent in writing via email to: FHAINFO@nfmlending.com. The request must include the FHA Case number, the new lender’s Origination ID or Sponsor ID, the full subject property address, and a letter signed and dated by the borrower expressing desire for the transfer.
Request for payoff should be submitted to the current servicer of the loan:
If your loan is being serviced by the NFM Lake Zurich Servicing Center, please call 1-866-352-6802 to request a payoff. You can also request a payoff via the online borrower portal, if you are a registered user on the portal.
