Shane Staples is an Arizona native and graduate of Arizona State University. Prior to becoming a licensed Loan Originator, he was a member of the Structured Finance Group, a prominent law firm in downtown Phoenix, Arizona. For over a decade, Shane assisted with the structuring and documentation of finances/refinances for a variety of local multifamily housing projects, hospital projects, sports arenas, and other for profit and non profit projects involving tax-exempt, municipal bonds.
