Jennifer made the complicated process extremely easy and simple to follow through. The fact that I can get her on the phone anytime and any day of the week is extremely helpful. She explained every step of the way and kept me posted on the status of the loan throughout the entire process. She made me feel like family, and I can feel that her goal is to make sure I can obtain the loan to the best of my ability and at great rates. In addition, she introduced and referred me to other professionals that helped me with finding the right house and closing with a trusted title company. Overall, this is the best house-buying experience I've ever had. All thanks to Jennifer. Will definitely work with her on future investments.
