With nearly two decades in the mortgage industry, I’ve built a reputation as a strategic leader and business builder, passionate about creating high-performing teams and transforming visions into results. As the Division President of NFM Lending’s Great Lakes Division, I oversee sales, operations, and strategy, managing a team (that I built from the ground up) that consistently ranks as the top independent mortgage banker in Central Ohio.
I started my career in 2005 as a Loan Originator at a direct-to-consumer, call center-style mortgage company, where I learned the fundamentals of the business and led a small team. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, I opened my own branch of an existing independent mortgage company in 2013, pivoting to a referral-based purchase model that laid the foundation for sustainable growth.
In 2016, I joined forces with NFM Lending and launched the Great Lakes Division. What began as a single branch has grown into a regional powerhouse of over 40 originators across multiple branches. We’ve consistently achieved record-breaking volumes: $516M in 2020, $594M in 2021, $536M in 2022, and $600M in 2023—with 98% of that business being purchase-driven. Our success in the highly competitive Central Ohio market has been recognized by the Columbus Business Journal and MMI, establishing us as the top choice for Ohio homebuyers and real estate agents alike.
