Brian Pintar was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and after graduating from Marquette with a wrestling scholarship, he moved to Chicago in 1995 where he began his tenure in the mortgage industry. After 2 ½ years in Chicago, he made a life change and moved to Colorado with his twin brother. Since then, he has continued to work in the mortgage industry and calls Colorado his permanent home with his wife and 3 children.
Brian has broad knowledge of the financial market and mortgage industry, so he focuses on educating his clients to gain their trust. His expert guidance empowers them to feel confident and more comfortable with the mortgage process. His dynamic personality along with expertise has been essential in delivering unsurpassed service to both clients and Realtor partners over the years. He has received many prestigious industry awards including 2015 Scotsman Guide Top Originator. He is a five-time recipient of the Five-Star Mortgage Professional Award, and is one of only 125 professionals to ever receive this award five years in a row. Brian’s team also has decades of mortgage experience. They collectively and frequently communicate with all parties involved in the home-buying transaction, resulting in a professional and smooth experience.
Almost as important as helping his clients with homeownership, Brian’s goal in life is to give, both personally and professionally, without the expectation of receiving. This philosophy is credited to his long-term success. In an effort to also involve Brian’s clients in giving back without money coming out of their pockets, the Brian Pintar Team has set up a ‘Pay It Forward’ initiative. When a client closes a loan with NFM Lending, Brian will contribute $150 towards a pre-selected charity.
Meet the Team
Our team at NFM Lending strives to support the communities we serve and are excited about our Pay It Forward initiative which will help others around us. Each client that closes a loan with us will have the opportunity to choose a charity that will receive a donation on their behalf.
For every home loan closed, we will donate $150 to a select charity (insert Ronald Mc Donald, GiveBack Homes and Boot Campaign logos). We believe in making a difference. Together we can make the change we would like to see in the world.

"Since we had not purchased a home in over 17 years, many things had changed, including much of the online communication. If I had questions about portions of the process, my questions were answered completely and promptly. I was kept informed of every step in the process from everyone in your office, and met them personally. They were a great bunch of people to work with, and everything on closing went very smoothly. Thanks so much for helping us get our new home."
