Brian Pintar was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and after graduating from Marquette with a wrestling scholarship, he moved to Chicago in 1995 where he began his tenure in the mortgage industry. After 2 ½ years in Chicago, he made a life change and moved to Colorado with his twin brother. Since then, he has continued to work in the mortgage industry and calls Colorado his permanent home with his wife and 3 children.
Brian has broad knowledge of the financial market and mortgage industry, so he focuses on educating his clients to gain their trust. His expert guidance empowers them to feel confident and more comfortable with the mortgage process. His dynamic personality along with expertise has been essential in delivering unsurpassed service to both clients and Realtor partners over the years. He has received many prestigious industry awards including 2015 Scotsman Guide Top Originator. He is a five-time recipient of the Five-Star Mortgage Professional Award, and is one of only 125 professionals to ever receive this award five years in a row. Brian’s team also has decades of mortgage experience. They collectively and frequently communicate with all parties involved in the home-buying transaction, resulting in a professional and smooth experience.
Almost as important as helping his clients with homeownership, Brian’s goal in life is to give, both personally and professionally, without the expectation of receiving. This philosophy is credited to his long-term success. In an effort to also involve Brian’s clients in giving back without money coming out of their pockets, the Brian Pintar Team has set up a ‘Pay It Forward’ initiative. When a client closes a loan with NFM Lending, Brian will contribute $150 towards a pre-selected charity.

"From the very beginning of our communication, Brian, Brenda and Stacy were extremely thorough and clear. Being first time home buyers, the process of finding and being approved for a loan was daunting. They took away a lot of the mysticism of the process by educating us and sharing information with clarity and concision. We shared our financial goals and Brian was able to help us meet them with ease. Everyone on Brian's team was punctual, kind and professional. "

"Brian was incredibly informative and sat down with me to explain how the entire loan process works. I have bought multiple homes, with multiple lenders and I've never felt as educated about the process as I did when I spoke with Brian. We worked through numbers, talked about buying the interest rate up or down, and came to the best scenario for me. I really appreciate his knowledge and time. His staff was also wonderful. They were easy to work with, friendly and timely. It was a great experience"
