Arianna made our transfer from Houston TX to Reynoldsburg Ohio, a fun exciting process! She's a professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, relentless and a fun spirited woman! Half the time I felt as if I was teamed up with a long-time friend versus a loan officer that was a complete stranger before this process! I have always been impressed with Arianna's willingness to work with me when I was lost and not show any frustration with the 100's of questions I ask. Arianna came highly recommended to me and has a great repoir among mortgage lenders even in other states like indiana. I am originally from near Fort Wayne, IN where Ruoff is based and loan officers there recommended her. Regarding NFM, I am very pleased with the experience and communication flow regarding every step needed. I am also pleased with the 5 year refinance that is offered through NFM and will be referring everyone I can to NFM and Arianna.
