Almost 2 years ago, I decided to make the leap from my role as a Financial Services Professional to the mortgage industry under the Cowart Mortgage Team. In those two years, my depth and breath of knowledge of the industry has grown exponentially, working under one of the top 1% of originators in the entire U.S., Greg Cowart. I have directly supported the team in helping 200+ families a year buy a home and through that experience, have decided to expand my business and start personally originating loans for my clients.
We are experienced, local, responsive and extremely service based 100% of my closings have closed on time or have been completed ahead of closing, with extremely happy borrowers (in an industry where less than ½ of mortgages close on time) Competitive loan terms, with impactful and helpful advice every step of the way. Accurate numbers and updates throughout the entire process. We meet with our client face to face, as it allows for a much more interactive and detailed experience so the client feels confident with the numbers, process, expectations, etc. With helping a high volume of clients, we have seen it all. No two buyers are the same and it’s extremely important to have an originator who has worked with a wide variety of types of buyers – first time homebuyers, self-employed, buyers who need credit coaching, new construction, etc.
I would be honored to help you through the home buying process. Buying a home is one of the biggest and most stressful purchases you will make. It’s important to have a team that is in your corner to help you navigate through the process and make it as painless and stress-free as possible. We take care of both the loan and organizing all the third party vendors.
One of my clients once asked me if my role was similar to a wedding planner. Yes. I am the wedding planner of mortgage and will coordinate everything to run smoothly on the a pretty big day in your life: closing day.
