LINTHICUM, MD, September 12, 2019 — NFM Lending is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch in Dayton, Ohio. The branch is located at 70 Birch Alley, Suite 240, Beavercreek, Ohio 45440 and will be led by Branch Manager Paul Sushereba. The NFM Lending branch will focus its lending platform throughout the Dayton metropolitan area. NFM Lending offers Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, Jumbo, and many other loan options to fit every borrower’s need.
“I chose NFM Lending because of their systems and processes,” said Paul Sushereba, Branch Manager. “They leverage technology in a way to ensure borrowers really do have the highest-level experience possible. The culture around Veteran support and showing gratitude to those that served our country was another huge part of my decision to choose NFM as my lender.”
The branch’s goal is to continue to provide the same commitment and dedication to borrowers, ranging from first time homebuyers to seasoned buyers looking for their next home, a second home, or investment properties.
“Paul Sushereba is one of the most impressive originators I’ve come across,” said Daniel Sa, Sr. VP of Retail & Regional Manager for Ohio. “Aside from the fact that he cares deeply about his partners and clients, Paul is very dedicated to serving our military and brings with him a wealth of knowledge in VA financing.”
Sushereba is currently seeking qualified Mortgage Loan Originators for full and part-time positions.
