The Healthy Workforce Designation assesses a company’s wellness initiatives based on five factors: culture and leadership, holistic health, program foundations, program implementation, and use of Cigna’s resources.

Throughout the year, everyone in the NFM Family participates in various challenges that encourage mindfulness or physical activity. Every week, employees are provided healthy snacks as an educational tool to help them understand what constitutes healthy food choices, as well as offering a tasty treat.
